RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, 
please read our return policy carefully.

— 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL —

In compliance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and EU 
Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers in the UK and EU have 
the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving 
their item, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at tempore000@gmail.com within 
14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

— RETURN CONDITIONS —

To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the item
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must be sent with tracked shipping; we are not responsible 
  for lost return packages

— RETURN PROCESS —

1. Contact us at tempore000@gmail.com to request a return
2. We will provide the return address by email after approval
3. Ship the item with tracked delivery at your own cost
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process the refund 
   within 7 business days

— NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS —

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Skincare products that have been opened or used
- Beauty devices that have been used
- Eye masks, face masks, or any product applied to skin
- Underwear and intimate items

— DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS —

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us 
within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:
- The item showing the damage
- The shipping label
- The packaging

We will offer a replacement or full refund (including original 
shipping costs) at our discretion. You will not be required to 
return the damaged item.

— REFUND PROCESSING —

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 
7 business days of approval. Please note your bank or card issuer 
may take an additional 5-10 days to display the refund.

— LATE OR MISSING DELIVERIES —

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe 
(15-30 days for UK, 20-35 for EU, 20-40 for US), please contact us 
before opening a dispute. We will track your package and either 
resend the item or issue a full refund if it is confirmed lost.
