how, when, and where we ship our products. By placing an order, you
agree to the terms outlined below.
— PROCESSING TIME —
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment
confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be
processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been
processed, followed by a shipping notification email with tracking
information once your order has been dispatched.
— SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND DELIVERY TIMES —
We ship internationally to the following regions:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Times may vary
during peak seasons, public holidays, customs processing, or events
outside our control.

— TRACKING YOUR ORDER —
A tracking number will be provided in your shipping confirmation
email. Please allow 3-5 business days for the tracking information
to update after dispatch.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 5 business days of
your order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact
us at tempore000@gmail.com.
— CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES —
Fiore di Seta is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties,
or taxes that may apply to your order. These charges, if any, are
the buyer's responsibility and vary by country and product value.
We declare items at their accurate commercial value on shipping
invoices. Most orders are not subject to additional customs fees,
but we recommend checking your country's import regulations if you
have concerns.
— ADDRESS ACCURACY —
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and
accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for
orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the
customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. If a
refund is requested instead, the original shipping cost will not
be refunded.
— LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES —
If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery
time (30 days for UK, 35 for Western Europe, 45 for Eastern Europe,
40 for US), please contact us at tempore000@gmail.com before opening
a dispute.
We will:
- Investigate the issue with the shipping carrier
- Offer a replacement or full refund if the package is confirmed lost
— DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS —
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days
of delivery with clear photos showing:
- The damaged item
- The shipping label
- The original packaging
We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, depending
on the situation.
— PO BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES —
We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please
provide a valid residential or business address at checkout.
